Despite the hardship, Nikki’s spirit remains strong. She wakes up every morning determined to keep her children safe, fed, and smiling. But surviving is no longer enough — she dreams of giving them a real future, one built on stability, dignity, and hope.

HOPE” is a powerful true-story film project based on the extraordinary life of Junior Leka, a man who rose from the struggles of Kinshasa to find redemption, faith, and peace in Europe.
Set across two continents, this film captures one man’s fight to survive poverty, loss, and heartbreak — and his ultimate discovery that grace was always following him.
The Story
Born in the heart of Kinshasa during a time of unrest, Junior grew up in hardship — without stability, without comfort, but never without hope. After losing his mother, he was forced to face life alone, enduring betrayal, hunger, and abuse. Yet through faith and perseverance, he found the courage to chase a dream beyond borders.
From the dusty streets of Congo to the quiet suburbs of Germany, Junior Leka explores what it means to rise again, to forgive, and to rebuild a life from ashes. It’s a story about transformation, resilience, and the power of the human spirit — a message the world needs now more than ever.

The Vision
The film will blend realism with cinematic poetry — warm African light meeting the cold tones of Europe — symbolizing two worlds, two lives, and one unbreakable soul.
It is designed for both international streaming platforms and global film festivals, aiming to inspire and represent the strength of African storytelling on the world stage.
Current Stage
The Junior Leka project is in development and pre-production.
The screenplay is being adapted from Junior’s autobiographical story, and visual concepts have already been created. The next step is raising funds for production and building partnerships with film studios, co-producers, and cultural sponsors.
